SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are generally processed and mailed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. (This excludes custom orders.) Please note that orders paid by personal check are held for up to 10 business days after check has been received to assure clearance before shipping. There is a $15 charge for returned checks.

We only ship to the US at this time.

All items are shipped via USPS. Available shipping options and coordinating estimated delivery windows are displayed at time of check out. We cannot be held responsible for transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

We cannot be held responsible for items
lost or damaged due to shipping; therefore,
shipping insurance is highly recommended.
You can add shipping insurance to your order by clicking on the corresponding button and adding the appropriate amount to your cart.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase; however, refunds will be honored if received within 30 days of purchase date. We will be happy to refund your purchase price (less all shipping costs) provided the item is returned in new condition and original packaging.

Please note that due to the nature of these items, linen and window treatment packaging must be unopened to be able to receive a refund.

COUPON/GIFT CERTIFICATE CODES

Please note when using coupons or gift certificates that only ONE code may be used per purchase. When redeeming a gift certificate, the FULL amount must be used in a single visit. Thanks for your understanding!
